We are able to cater for children under the age of 12 if they are sharing a room with an adult or sibling and the room rate is unchanged.
The credit card information required to complete the reservation is only obtained as a security deposit and will not be deducted without prior consent. Please refer to cancellation policy for details.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
If there is a no show the credit card details provided at booking would be deducted as specified
If we are able to replace your booking, this fee may be waived.
Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
